Create templates

This feature allows you to create email templates that you can apply to your prospects at any time.

When creating a template, you can set how many follow-ups will be sent and when they will be sent. The follow-up sequence will be automatically paused for a specific prospect if a reply is detected. For example: you set up a 5 follow-up sequence and applied to a prospect. If the prospect replies to the third follow-up, then the 4th and 5th follow-ups will not be sent.

To create a new email template follow the steps below:

  1. Head to the Templates section.
  2. Name your template and click on “+ Add Follow-up”.
  3. For the first email in the sequence, set the Subject and whether you want it to be sent immediately or at a different time.
  4. Compose your first email - you can add any image file (including GIF files) and set your Custom Fields.
  • Custom Field is a @content that will be replaced by the information set in the prospect’s profile i.e. @firstname will be replaced by the prospect’s first name. This allows you to create a general template that will look personal to all the recipients.
  1. Click on “Save Follow-up” and then “Add New” to start creating your second follow-up.
  2. The process of creating your second follow-up is very similar to creating the first one, but this time you should pay extra attention on selecting the date and time you want it to be sent. Please note that in the day dropdown menu – it’s how many days after the previous follow-up you want this one to be sent. Select whether you wish to be sent on a weekday, weekend or all week and whether you want it to be sent in AM or PM.
Repeat the previous step for any extra follow-ups.
